This month I’ve been participating in Inktober for the first time. It’s a social media challenge started by illustrator, Jake Parker, to encourage artists to explore the media as a group. While there are official prompts for the challenge, I’ve chosen to create characters each day. So far its been a lot of fun. My desire to draw each day has grown as I relish in the joy it brings me and others. I’m highly likely to participate next year. Here are just a few of my favorite characters thus far.
